Why this blog exists.

My name is Jack Marshall, actually it's Thomas Marshall, most people call me Jackson or Jack, but no one calls me Thomas. I expect that most people reading this, or any other blog posts from me, are here because they are in the innovations class, rather 2019-2020, or any future classes looking for inspiration. I don't think you should use my blog for inspiration, it's somewhat lazy in execution, I like to take my time and make things the best they can be. With this I slightly rushed myself, I know I could do better and make something more unique, maybe as days go on I will improve this to be something I can be proud of but until that day comes this post will remain pinned to the top of all posts, for any new comers. If somehow you aren't here because of those reasons, and you stumbled here by some miracle, than I'd like to extend a warm welcome, and give my thanks for staying around and reading something. There are billions of people in the world, and out of them there are millions of people with much better writings and other works, much more worth spending your time on. So I thank you very much for sticking around and picking me to spend your time on. The point of this blog is to share ideas, and jot down my thoughts, it can act as a sort of personal journal, that's online and open for anyone to read. It's almost scary that, potentially millions of people could put their magnifying glasses down onto me, and scrutinize all my thoughts and words I put here. But it's also scary to think that no one may ever read any of this and all my work will be in vain. Although I take comfort in knowing that absolutely no one will really care, and no more than a dew dozen people may see this. I'd be more upset that no one is seeing this if it was better and more time and effort, and passion was sunk in. If that day ever comes perhaps I'll be wishing that everyone is reading these words, until then I'm happy to reflect on myself and write down blogs nearly no one will read. I've become sidetracked, I'm a horrible rambler, maybe you picked that up from reading, and that's cool because that's the whole point of experiencing creations, you can pick up so much of someone's character just off of the tiniest details in their creations. I've already done so much reflecting, that's what this is all about, reflection on my life, this class, what I want, what drives me. I want to be remembered, I don't even care if it's only by twenty or thirty people, if I'm remembered for making a positive impact, and always doing my best to create things that are good I'll be happy, that's almost ironic because I'm not quite happy with the quality of this site. This exists to reflect, I'll end this because I've gone on plenty, and this is a long introduction. There will be more posts.
